Job Description
The Advisor, Pharmacy Process Innovation, will be responsible for the development and management of processes impacting retail pharmacy workflow and the customer experience. The role will be focused on solutions set to evolve prescription intake processes and exception management. The candidate will work closely with many groups to drive engagement around these processes and create value, including IT, store teams,field leadership, and internal leadership.

Primary responsibilities of the Advisor are as follows:

Supporting efforts dedicated to operational improvement and strategically managing a subset of projects and priorities of the broader team.

Developing a deep understanding of business and applying knowledge to identify opportunities to address potential business challenges.

Designing workflow solutions to create value and remove barriers within our pharmacies

Establishing and executing robust testing and pilot strategies for new solutions

Designing and conducting discovery efforts and structuring business cases with a high degree of independence

Creating presentations and support materials to engage leaders within the retail organization from both corporate and field levels

Required Qualifications
2+ years experience in an Operations, Process
Improvement, Pharmacy/Healthcare, or Consulting role
1+ years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, with strong ability to influence stakeholders

Proven ability to manage project work, including meeting milestones, shaping strategy, setting expectations, and delivering high quality products

Demonstrated leadership competencies such as teamwork, creative problem solving, flexibility, and willingness to challenge the status quo

Excellent relationship management, strong team building, and the ability to work across business units and functions within complex organization

Licensed Pharmacist or PharmD Retail Pharmacy or Healthcare experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher
