Job DescriptionCVS Health’s Loyalty & Personalization (L&P) team is seeking a Performance Analytics Advisor who will take a hypothesis-driven approach to surface consumer and campaign insights that can be turned into actionable growth plans. You will have the ability to multi-task, be able to quickly transform data into actionable customer centric insights in energizing environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide a deep dive analysis into promotional campaign performance. Gather the necessary data, analyze the potential impacts to performance and then synthesize a story that can be communicated to our Leadership team. Create Tableau dashboards that cultivate a customer centric view of Retail business along with track longitudinal customer growth and drill down on important metrics. (KPI's) Work with our business partners to develop solutions for data/reporting needs. Utilize SQL, Tableau and SAS (or other statistical tools) to develop data driven customer insights Create visualizations and develop dashboards using Tableau, Excel or other BI tools like Micro strategy to provide analytical detail on customer, category, campaign and vendor performance. Develop, improve, and/or execute approaches to analyze information relating to customer activity, including segment based analyses, migration analyses (movement of customers between segments), customer value changes, vendor activity and customer activity. Participate and lead project teams that utilize customer behavior information in their marketing processes, including Merchandising, Loyalty and Promotional Planning.
5+ years of experience in database marketing, direct marketing analysis and/or marketing research analyses OR several years of direct project organization on direct marketing or highly analytical customer engagement projects
Highly proficient use of SQL, Tableau for extraction, manipulation and visualization of data
Analytical mindset with detail orientation
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in small teams in high pressure environments
Experience developing hypothesis-based solutions and strategies
Experience presenting analytical findings to audiences at all levels
EducationBachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative economics or related field Master’s degree preferred
