Job Description Join the Coram/CVS Health team as a Receptionist and you will support the branch and act asthe face of the company, being the first point of contact for patients, vendorsand employees. You will make allvisitors feel welcome at the branch, whether it is by phone or in the office.As the face of the company, you will meet and greet visitors creating awelcoming environment in the office and by phone.
As a Receptionist you will…
* Answers incoming phone calls while directing them to the appropriatepersonnel.
* Greet visitors to the branch and inform applicable department oftheir arrival.
* Distribute the branch mail to the appropriate departments.
* Assist with filing, faxing, and scanning of documents.
This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position andis NOT through an agency. Typical workhours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM .

Required Qualifications * Minimum one year receptionist experience.
* Minimum one year experience in customer service.
* Minimum one year experience working in
Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the home health or healthcare industry.
* Experience with medical terminology.
* Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
* Strong attention to detail.
