I know that our team has the best supervisor here because he is compassionate beyond compare. He realizes that it takes all of us to make the team work and he is constantly encouraging us to exceed any limits set. He constantly keeps us aware of the importance of our performance, attendance and general attitude which is important for a winning team. He not only cares about us at work but he asks about our families and that is wonderful.

My immediate supervisor really cares about my development and is constantly educating on needed improvements. She gives me the freedom to help others when called upon, and I love having that ability.
