You’ll use it to build bridges across data sets to help with medication adherence. And you’ll use it to build tools and models to help create brand new services.
Data helped lower patient costs
One specific example of data making a difference is in Specialty Medical Benefit Management. These patients have rare diseases and high cost medications. By looking deep into the data, we saw that we could streamline processes, connect different areas of our company, and ultimately deliver a solution that makes tough, expensive treatments easier and more affordable.
