Position Summary
This position is a licensed mental health professional with clinical expertise and knowledge in the behavioral health provider space.  Key duties of this position include:  a. Work directly with behavioral health providers and agencies around developing and implementing physical health and behavioral health integration in various types of practices (PCPs, Pediatrics, & BH) b. Provides education and technical support to develop co-located PH/BH programming, workflows, and integration c. Interface with providers to develop and implement Value Based Contracts.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in Virginia 
  • 8+ experience working in behavioral health field
  • 5+ years’ demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and monitoring integration programs and initiatives.
  • 5+ years experience collaborating and managing relationships with Virginia Behavioral Health providers
  • 2+ years experience with Value Based, Pay for Performance, and/or Alternative Payment Models focused on integrative care
  • 2+ years demonstrated proficiency with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 25% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.
  • Active and unrestricted clinical licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated deep understanding, expertise, and work experience within the Virginia behavioral health services delivery system. 
  • Experience in managed care related to behavioral health, provider relations, and/or Network management. 
  • Demonstrated experience working and collaborating with public and private services providers and building partnerships focused on integrated service delivery
  • Demonstrated deep understanding, expertise, and work experience within the Virginia behavioral health crisis services delivery system and behavioral health transformation. 
  • Experience supervising or managing crisis services.  Experience in managed care related to behavioral health. 

Education

  • Masters Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$84,500.00 – $182,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
