Corporate Fellowship Programs
We offer programs throughout the year and have partnered with Hiring Our Heroes to offer a 12-week paid fellowship for military spouses. During this time, you will receive professional training and hands-on experiences across CVS Health enterprise to quickly build your network and showcase your skillset.
- Flexibility – we understand that spouses are actively seeking employment which is why we offer various start dates throughout the year.
- 12 Weeks – following a week of program orientation, fellows spend 11 weeks with CVS Health, four days per week (M – Th) 32 hours per week, and one day with Hiring Our Heroes in professional development ‘huddles.’
- Nationwide Opportunity – spouses in all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for fellowship programs.
- Support – you will receive support from both Hiring Our Heroes and CVS Health to ensure feedback, evaluation, and development are provided throughout your fellowship.

Support through Relocation
We understand the required support that you provide to your family and spouse as a service member. Should your spouse receive orders to re-locate, CVS Health® provides a Military Spouse Leave Policy for eligible employees.
A CVS Health military spousal leave may be taken to relocate or transfer to a military installation outside the CVS Health jurisdiction, to support a spouse or domestic partner who is called to active emergency military duty in the uniformed services.
