SkillBridge and Fellowship Programs 

CVS Health offers Career Skills Programs (CSP)/SkillBridge programs throughout the year for transitioning Service Members and Coast Guardsmen who are within 180 days of separation from service. During these training programs, you will learn the skill sets and processes of the role with opportunity to apply for full-time positions upon completion of the program.

SkillBridge program roles include:

Store Manager in Training (SMIT)

Work along side a CVS Health retail Store Manager and learn the skills necessary to meet the qualifications of a Store Manager in Training. This is the first step in the CVS Health Retail Management Development Program to prepare SMITs to be promoted into a Store Manager role.

Business Intel Analyst

Assist Incident Coordinators in making decisions that impact business operations or need cross-functional engagement. Assist in drafting situational reports for senior leadership, including our CEO, along with daily operational readiness reports.

Service Operations Supervisor

Responsible for the daily activities and supervision of a team of employees supporting business segment functions, including but not limited to customer service, plan benefit inquiries, complaints, grievances, and appeals, implementation, and/or plan sponsor operations.

Fellowship Opportunities

SkillBridge Fellowship opportunities in additional career areas at CVS Health are available through the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program. Active duty service members must still be within 180 days of transition from military service to be eligible to participate.

Reservist Programs

Through P3O (Private Public Partnership Office), an 8-week SkillBridge program is available to Army Reserve soldiers.
