Customer Service Representative

Our customer services professionals are the face of our company to our members and providers. They provide targeted, personalized service based on a holistic view of the member, benefits, health information, and engagement. You will handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, web-chat or written correspondence.

Claim Benefits Specialist

The Claim Benefit Specialist reviews and adjudicates claims. Claim Benefit Specialists have the opportunity to enhance and improve member satisfaction and retention by providing accurate and timely resolution in processing medical claims. You will be a key link in providing our customers with prompt, efficient, high quality claim service.
