Yes, in many cases We believe relevant and practical on-the-job experience is transferable. CVS Health® generally has a 1:1 swap approach, meaning for every 1 year of education required, 1 year of relevant experience can be substituted. Relevant experience in this case does not replace any years of experience that may be also be required for a role. Of course, certain roles in our organization (those in law, pharmacy, etc.) must require certain educational degrees or certifications as minimum job requirements.
