Why did you apply at CVS Health?
I have been inspired, over the years to always continue to develop myself as I develop others, in every role I have had. As I reflect on how I got to my current role as a District Leader, it is a direct reflection of my mentors, their development of myself and my continued drive to do more. I look forward to what more is to come with this great company!

What is the most exciting part of working for CVS Health?
My passion day in and day out is around developing my team. Making an impact on every person, at every store, leading by example to show them how they too can make a career choice at CVS Health. I love to work with passionate people, driving our purpose, who are just as passionate around their customers and patients.

What do you tell your friends and family about working at CVS Health?
I always tell people the same thing, whether it’s my friends, family or someone I am interviewing. I work for this company because of the people I work for, the examples they have led for me and impact I can make on a daily basis with my teams. I like to believe I am setting an example for my children as they look ahead in choosing their careers, that their mom works for a company she loves, and loves her job!

What is unique or exciting about working in retail?
Retail is an ever-changing environment day in and day out. No two days are the same, and I love that.

Describe your typical day at work at CVS Health.
My typical day is a store visit with my team. Store visits are with my store and pharmacy managers, recognizing achievements, reviewing outcomes and developing their leadership competencies.

Why should someone consider working in retail?
If you have a passion for helping people, both customers and employees, retail is for you!

What are your career goals?
I feel I am still young in my career with CVS Health. The sky is the limit with all the different parts of our company. I am looking to continue to develop myself, moving into the next role that will be challenging and exciting.

What does “lead with heart” mean to you?
Leading with heart means leading by example at every opportunity and leading through our purpose with my team and our customers.
