Why did you apply at CVS Health?
I chose to apply to CVS Health as a new graduate business major due to the fact CVS Health is a growing company with vast opportunity for me to develop professionally.

What is the most exciting part of working for CVS Health?
CVS Health promotes growth, opportunity and innovation. During my 20 year career with CVS Health I have expanded my knowledge, understanding and growth. The opportunities within the industry aligned with CVS Health initiatives have afforded me an exciting career.

What do you tell your friends and family about working at CVS Health?
I often tell my family and friends how much I enjoy my job after all these years and continue to enjoy coming to work. I am proud to be a part of a long standing and reputable organization with futuristic visions.

What is unique or exciting about working in retail?
Customer service. Every day we meet new people and make friends with loyal customers. Customers frequent the store due to their needs and soon become regulars and part of your everyday work life.

Describe your typical day at work at CVS Health.
Fast paced work environment with some challenges. Although daily you encounter challenges, you learn and grow from each one. Colleagues and field management always available and supportive.

Why should someone consider working in retail?
Retail is a consistent industry meeting the needs of customers. Working in retail will open up doors for various positions within the organization.

What are your career goals?
My career goal is to continue to move up within the organization, offering my vast knowledge and experience.

What does “lead with heart” mean to you?
Every customer counts. Treat each one as you would treat your own family.

What accomplishment are you most proud of since you have joined CVS Health?
I am really proud of the woman I have become both on a personal and professional level, and CVS has been a part of that
growth.

How do you demonstrate your commitment to the future of health care in your work?
I am really starting to connect to how and what people are shopping for. A great example, we had a mother who came in
upset and emotionally exhausted. She just needed a simple solution to a skin care issue her daughter was having. I took
the extra time to listen to her concerns and was able to give her a solution she was happy with.

What/who inspires you?
I'm inspired by my mother. She is someone who is resilient and always pushes me to trust my gut and do the best in
everything that I do.

What is the greatest advice someone has ever given you?
Don't speak negatively about yourself, because your soul can't tell the difference. I love this quote because not only
does it allow you to be kinder to yourself, it also enables you to see the beauty in everyone else.

What is one important skill you think every person should have?
Be able to receive constructive criticism. Being open to new perspectives is a great way to grow both personally and
professionally.

Tell us about your colleagues.
My group of fellow Sales Coordinators help keep me motivated whenever I feel overwhelmed. They keep me grounded and that
can make the difference between a good and bad day.

Do you have special talent you'd like to share with us?
My Superpower is my Empathy. It's what I use to connect with people.

What’s your favorite thing to do in your free time?
I love flying/piloting. There are few things that can beat the feeling a soaring high above in the clouds.
